LONDON (Alliance News) - Rotala PLC Monday said it has issued 88,889 shares after a holder of convertible unsecured loan stock exercised its right to convert the loan.
Rotala issued the convertible loan stock in 2008, and it came with the right to convert the loan to shares at 45 pence for each GBP1 of loan stock before the end of December 2014.
Rotala will have 35.4 million shares in issue once the new shares are admitted to trading on Tuesday.
Its stock was down 0.6% at 58.15 pence Monday morning.
