LONDON (Alliance News) - Rotala PLC on Thursday said it has agreed a GBP213,000 cash deal to buy Lancashire-based Rojays Services Ltd, which trades as Wigan Coachways.
Rotala, which operates commercial and subsidised bus services in the UK, said it will acquire the entire business of Rojays, its brand and its eight-strong fleet of vehicles under the deal.
Wigan Coachways is estimated to generate annual revenue of around GBP500,000.
The deal is the second struck by Rotala in Lancashire in two months, following the deal it announced in July to acquire Blackpool-based Elite Minibus & Coach Services Ltd for GBP200,000.
Shares in Rotala were untraded on Thursday afternoon, having last traded at 60.75 pence.
