LONDON (Alliance News) - Legal services firm Rosenblat Group PLC on Friday said that interim Finance Director Robert Parker has been appointed permanent chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Parker has been part of Rosenblatt on an interim basis since August 2018, replacing Patrick Firebrace.
Prior to this, Parker has been in interim chief financial officer roles at vehicle marketplace operator Tantalum Corp and debt recovery business Newlyn PLC.
His most recent permanent role was as chief financial officer at geospatial company IQGeo Group PLC, formerly known as Ubisense, for a year from 2014 to 2015.
"We are delighted that Robert has agreed to join the board. He has impressed everyone at Rosenblatt and has made a valuable contribution since he joined on an interim basis. We look forward to working with him as we continue to build the business following our successful flotation last year," said Chair Stephen Davidson.
Shares in Rosenblatt Group were up 4.7% at 76.97 pence on Friday.
