LONDON (Alliance News) - Rose Petroleum PLC on Friday said it raised GBP300,000 after issuing 25 million shares at 1.2 pence each.
Rose Petroleum shares were trading down 2.6% at 1.29 pence each.
Furthermore, the company said it has appointed Colin Harrington as executive chair with immediate effect.
Harrington is currently a director of Origin Creek Energy LLC, Needham Ventures Ltd and Captiva Energy Holdings LLC.
Admission of the new shares to trading is expected on May 30, after which Rose will have 168.4 million shares.
