LONDON (Alliance News) - Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC has completed the sale of its Commercial Marine business to Norway's Kongsberg Gruppen, it said Monday.
The sale, which will result in net proceeds of between GBP350 million and GBP400 million, was first announced in July last year. In 2018, the Commercial Marine division reported an underlying loss of GBP35 million on underlying revenue of GBP726 million.
Shares in the jet engines maker were 0.9% higher on Monday morning at a price of 911.40 pence each.
