Robert Walters Promotes COO Daubeney As Part Of Succession Planning

LONDON (Alliance News) - Robert Walters PLC on Monday said it has promoted Chief Operating Officer Giles Daubeney, giving him the title of deputy chief executive, and handing him the task of taking a "more active" role in the recruiter's strategy and engaging with the City and in investor relations.

"The appointment has been made as part of the company's planning for the future, to ensure appropriate succession. There are no plans for Robert Walters, chief executive officer, to leave the business," Robert Walters said.

Daubeney has been with the company for 28 years, having previously worked in recruitment for Accountancy Selection Limited and Badenoch & Clark.

Shares in Robert Walters were untraded at 362.0 pence on Monday morning.
