LONDON (Alliance News) - Consultancy and technology products company Imaginatik PLC on Monday said former Quindell PLC boss Rob Terry has further increased his stake in the company to slightly over 10%.
Terry has been building up a stake both personally and via his Quob Park Estate Ltd investment vehicle in recent months. According to a regulatory filing made by Imaginatik on Monday, Terry and Quob Park now owns 10.04% of its shares, increased from the 9.05% stake it held last week.
Terry is the former chairman of AIM-listed insurance technology and outsourcing business Quindell and was ousted from his position in 2014 after he became embroiled in controversial share dealings.
