LONDON (Alliance News) - RM2 International SA on Friday said Woodford Investment Management LLP's stake in the company has increased to 28.1%.
Woodford, run by prominent City fund manager Neil Woodford, owns 111.6 million RM2 shares, or 28.1% of the company's issued share capital, increased from 27.6% previously.
Woodford Investment Management first bought a stake in the company in June 2014 and has continued building its holding since, including subscribing for 39.5 million RM2 shares in its GBP30.0 million place in October.
RM2 develops and sells shipping pallets and provides related logistical services.
Shares in RM2 were untraded on Friday, having last traded at 43.50 pence.
