LONDON (Alliance News) - Rightster Group PLC on Friday said it has kicked off a formal strategic review which may lead to the company considering a strategic partnerships or a sale of the business.
Rightster, which distributes and monetises live and on-demand video content, said it will consider all strategic options, including strategic partnerships, acquisitions, divestments, a sale of the company or a new debt facility. It will be advised on the review by Raine Advisors Ltd.
The company said in its interim results at the end of September it was evaluating options to secure additional investment in the fourth quarter of 2015 to ensure it had enough working capital to move towards cashflow breakeven.
