(Alliance News) - FTSE 100 online property website operator Rightmove PLC on Tuesday said it has hired Alison Dolan as chief financial officer, effective from September 7.
Dolan was chief strategy officer at News UK from 2016 until this past May. Before News UK, she held a number of senior positions at Sky PLC, including group treasurer, director of finance and deputy managing director Sky Business.
"We are delighted to welcome Alison to Rightmove, with her extensive commercial and strategic expertise and a strong background in digital media services. Alison will be a valuable addition to Rightmove's leadership team. I would also like to thank Georgina Hudson, head of finance, for stepping up as interim finance director and her invaluable support through our half year results," said Rightmove Chief Executive Peter Brooks-Johnson.
In May, the company said Hudson would act as interim group finance director from June 30, replacing outgoing Robyn Perriss whose retirement was announced in November.
Shares in Rightmove were trading 0.3% lower at 559.20 pence each on Tuesday morning in London.
