(Alliance News) - IntegraFin Holdings PLC on Friday said Richard Cranfield, non-executive director and chair-elect, will assume the position of chair with effect from Tuesday next week.
The FTSE 250-listed platform services provider said Cranfield takes over the position from Christopher Munro, who has undertaken the role on an interim basis since August 22.
Munro will remain as a non-executive director, IntegraFin said.
The company also noted that Cranfield is, and will continue to be, a partner in law firm Allen & Overy LLP.
IntegraFin shares were trading 0.1% higher in London on Friday at 392.50 pence each.
