(Alliance News) - Engineering consultancy firm Ricardo PLC said on Friday it has appointed the chair of Hummingbird Resources PLC Russell King as non-executive director.
King is also senior independent director at Spectris PLC. He has previously served as chief strategy officer at Anglo American PLC.
In addition, Ricardo has appointed Jack Boyer as a non-executive director. He currently holds the same role at TT Electronics PLC.
This comes as Ricardo said Peter Gilchrist is stepping down as a non-executive director at the end of the company's annual general meeting in November.
Ricardo shares were up 1.4% at 710.00 pence in London on Friday.
