LONDON (Alliance News) - Rex Bionics PLC Wednesday said Crispin Simon has been appointed as its chief executive officer, with Jeremy Curnock Cook becoming deputy dhairman.
Simon was the chief executive of Biocompatibles International PLC, until the sale of the company to BTG PLC in 2011, and most recently worked as a director in the UK Department of Business, Innovation and Skills.
"Crispin joins Rex Bionics at a period of intense commercial, development and manufacturing activity. He has an exceptional track record within the healthcare sector and is the right person to take the company to the next stage of its growth," said David Macfarlane, chairman of Rex Bionics.
