LONDON (Alliance News) - Revolymer PLC said Monday an alleged patent-infringement action brought against it over the sale of its nicotine gum products in Canada, and the counter-claim forming its defence, has been settled and discontinued.
The action had been brought against the company by medicated chewing gum specialist Fertin Pharma AS and its affiliate Gumlink AS.
No further details of the settlements were disclosed.
Shares in Revolymer are trading up 1.0% at 51.00 pence Monday morning.
