LONDON (Alliance News) - Polymer technology company Revolymer PLC Friday said it has appointed Kevin Matthews as its new chief executive officer, with effect from January 1, 2015.
Matthews joins Revolymer from Isogenica Ltd, a business providing drug discovery services to the pharmaceutical industry, where he has served as CEO since 2009. Prior to that he was CEO for eight years of chemical technology company Oxonica.
Former Chief Executive Roger Pettman left Revolymer at the end of January to "launch other new ventures", having led the company since it was founded in 2005 through to its listing on AIM in 2012.
Revolymer Chief Financial Officer Rob Cridland is currently acting CEO, although the company said Cridland will resume the role of CFO and company secretary on January 1, 2015.
