LONDON (Alliance News) - Office services provider Restore PLC on Monday said it has acquired shredding business Reisswolf Wales, Border Counties & Merseyside for an undisclosed amount.
Restore, which provides records management, office relocation and shredding services to companies, said it has acquired the secure shredding business from Parry & Evans Ltd, a fibre-based waste recycling business based in Welshpool in Wales.
In the year to the end of May 2016, the Reisswolf business made GBP500,000 in revenue.
"Following the acquisition of PHS Data Solutions in August, the addition of Reisswolf Wales brings to Restore a new customer base in the Welsh region, further economies of scale, and strengthens our position as the UK's second largest provider of secure shredding services," said Restore Chief Executive Charles Skinner.
Restore shares were up 1.3% to 384.95 pence on Monday.
