(Alliance News) - Restore PLC on Friday said it has appointed Jamie Hopkins to its board as a non-executive director, effective from January 2.
The document management services firm also said that James Wilde will be stepping down from his board role in May next year. Wilde is currently a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committee.
Hopkins will take over as chair of the remuneration committee from board Chair Martin Towers and will join the audit and nomination committees.
He is currently a non-executive director of property investment & development business St Modwen Properties PLC and is a board member at property consultancy Allsop LLP. He previously served as chief executive officer of outsourcing & property investment firm Mapeley Ltd and chief executive of real estate investment trust Workspace Group PLC.
Restore Chair Martin Towers said: "Jamie brings current business services experience and considerable property expertise and insight. I would like to thank James Wilde on behalf of the board and the company for his significant contribution over the past six years. The board is grateful for his counsel and wish him the very best for the future."
Shares in Restore were trading 3.6% higher at 505.33 pence on Friday in London.
