LONDON (Alliance News) - TechFinancials Inc said Monday that its shareholder Shen Chaohui raised HIS holding in the company to 18.3%.
Prior to Thursday's transaction, which made Shen Chaohui TechFinancials' major shareholder, he held 6.2 million shares.
Currently Shen Chaohui holds 15.5 million shares.
TechFinancials shares were trading at 16.20 pence, down 1.8%.
