LONDON (Alliance News) - RSA Insurance Group PLC, a multinational insurance company, said UK & International Chief Executive Steve Lewis sold 65,000 shares at a price of 652.1744 pence per share on Friday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Lewis now holds in the company following the GBP423,913 deal.
Shares in RSA Insurance Group closed up 1.5% at 661.40 pence each on Friday.
