LONDON (Alliance News) - Business services group Rentokil Initial PLC on Tuesday said it has completed five acquisitions in the fourth quarter and the first week of the new year.
The FTSE 250-listed group said it has acquired Oliver Exterminating in North America to boost its pest control business in the country and has bought Remus Pest Control in Los Angeles in order to build density in its local pest control business in the city.
In Australia, the company acquired Knockout Pest Control, a commercial and pest control company based in Sydney, and in New Zealand it has bought Fumacare Hygiene Services, again to boost its hygiene services operations in the country.
Rentokil has also bought Abadi Hygiene Services in Malaysia, a pest control and hygiene services company.
It did not provide any financial details on any of the deals.
