LONDON (Alliance News) - The Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd on Monday said it is planning to launch an equity issue under its share issuance programme.
The renewables investment company said the proposed fundraising is expected to take the form of a placing and subscription and will take place in late March.
It said it would provide further information on the plan in due course.
Shares in the company were trading up 0.2% at 102.68 pence on Monday.
