LONDON (Alliance News) - The Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd said Friday it has agreed a three-year acquisition facility for up to GBP80 million with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC and National Australia Bank Ltd.
The investment company said the GBP80 million facility includes a GBP10 million working capital element, which will give the company a further flexible source of funding to acquire renewable energy generation projects in the UK and northern Europe.
Renewables Infrastructure shares were trading untraded Friday morning at 101.75 pence per share.
