LONDON (Alliance News) - Renewable Energy Generation Ltd on Friday said it is to raise up to GBP31 million via the issue of zero dividend preference shares to back the development of its UK wind portfolio.
The company said it will issue the shares at 100 pence per share and would raise gross proceeds from the issue of no more than 31 million, indicating it will issue up to 31 million shares. Shares in the company were down 0.7% to 53.5 pence on Friday.
The renewable energy company said that the funds will back its push to deliver projects under the UK government's Renewables Obligation and Feed-In Tariff.
