LONDON (Alliance News) - Regional REIT Ltd said Wednesday it signed six new lettings across the UK, including in Birmingham and Glasgow.
The real estate investment trust secured a letting at Birmingham Business Park in 2018. An undisclosed tenant will take up office space there for a 10-year period at GBP293,832 per year.
In Glasgow, the group has let the first floor east wing of Tay House to the University of Glasgow until 2029.
Also in Glasgow, the company agreed a new 10-year lease with Fore Digital Ltd at GBP66,700 per year.
In Stoke-On-Trent, the company secured a letting with Secretary of State for the Housing Communities and Local Government for GBP292,626 annually over a 10-year period.
In Swindon, the company leased office space to Cherwell Software Ltd for GBP82,569 a year over three years.
Finally, in Tewkesbury, Regional REIT leased two units to XQ Digital Resilience Ltd and TRL Technology Ltd for 10 and 3 years respectively.
"This is fabulous news and comes close on the heels of the raft of significant lettings we announced at the end of 2018 and earlier this year. Our buildings are seeing strong letting interest and is a demonstration of our pro-active and customer focussed approach in refreshing and refurbishing our Core and Core plus buildings and our close relationship with our tenants allowing us to extend and amend leases," Chief Executive Officer Stephen Inglis said.
Regional REIT shares were trading up 0.5% at 102.14 pence on Wednesday.
