LONDON (Alliance News) - Redrow PLC said Friday that Non-Executive Director Debbie Hewitt will retire form the company in November.
Hewitt, who is also senior independent director of the company, will step down after the annual general meeting on November 7 after nine years with the housebuilder.
Following the meeting, the company said Nick Hewson will be appointed as senior independent director.
Shares in the FTSE 250-listed British housebuilder were trading up 0.3% at 597.00 pence.
