LONDON (Alliance News) - Redde PLC said Thursday the strong start to the second half of its financial year it reported in February has continued through the third quarter, and said it remains confident for the the financial year as a whole.
Redde, which provides accident management and legal services, said operating profits are continuing to exceed its original expectations, after it saw strong trading volumes in the third quarter, being the three months to March 31.
Redde said early indications show this trend has continued during April, and it remains confident of its prospects for the full year to June.
This comes after the company said at its interim results in February that its start to the second half had been strong, after reporting a rise in pretax profit for the half year to GBP16.0 million compared to GBP11.0 million for the same period a year earlier.
Shares in Redde were up 5.2% at 162.25 pence on Thursday.
