1st May 2019 15:37

LONDON (Alliance News) - Redde PLC said Wednesday that Chair Avril Palmer-Baunack has given three months' notice of her intention to leave the board due to other existing time commitments.

"Given the increasing demands on my time I have reluctantly come to the conclusion that it is in Redde's best interests that I resign as its Chairman. Redde is a great business, I have truly enjoyed my time on the board and I wish the board and the business all the best for the future," Palmer-Baunack said.

The company, which provides accident management solutions to motorists, said it will start an immediate search for a successor.

Shares in Redde were trading 0.9% higher at 121.49 pence each.
