LONDON (Alliance News) - Redcentric PLC said Tuesday that Independent Non-Executive Director Stephen Puckett will retire from the board, and Chris Rigg will join in the same role, both effective from February 1.
Rigg - a chartered accountant - holds non-executive roles with Sportech PLC and Ridge Pharma Limited. He was previously chief executive and finance head at Quantum Pharma PLC and chief executive at Northern Recruitment Group Ltd.
Shares in Redcentric, a data and network services provider, were trading 0.2% lower at 70.06 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
