LONDON (Alliance News) - Red Rock Resources PLC on Friday said it has struck a deal to sell its remaining stake in Star Striker Ltd, its Australian associate.
Red Rock has sold 13.0 million shares in Star Striker for a total of AUD286,027, meaning it no longer holds any stake in the company.
It does, however, still own 4.7 million share options.
Shares in Red Rock were untraded on Friday, having last traded at 0.350 pence.
