LONDON (Alliance News) - Red Rock Resources PLC said Wednesday in a trading that a potential buyer had visited its mine in Colombia, and other interest had been expressed in the site.
The company also said that its transaction for a controlling interest in Nama Greenland Limited, in which Red Rock has 60% ownership, by a third party was now progressing towards execution. Finally, work was beginning on a Scoping Study on the MK and Nyanza areas of its Mikei Gold Project in Kenya.
Shares in the mineral exploration company closed up 35.5% at 1.05 pence Wednesday.
