LONDON (Alliance News) - Red Rock Resources PLC on Friday confirmed it received USD658,545 from Jupiter Mines Ltd in respect to its interim dividend.
Red Rock, a natural resource development company, holds a 0.95% stake in Jupiter, the owner of a 49.9% interest in the Tshipi manganese mine, in South Africa.
At the end of September, Red Rock had said it would receive a GBP508,000 dividend from Jupiter after it reported a 13% rise in net profit after tax for its second quarter ended August 31.
Red Rock Resources shares were trading down 4.6% at 0.62 pence each.
