LONDON (Alliance News) - Red Rock Resources PLC Wednesday said it has raised GBP51,250 after placing 107.9 million new shares at 0.0475 pence, the same price as a recently announced subscription.
Through the placing, Chairman Andrew Bell purchased 55.3 million new shares for GBP26,250 to increase his total holding to 74.7 million shares, representing a 1.37% stake. Non-Executive Director Michael Knott purchased 21.1 million new shares for GBP10,000, upping his stake to 0.89% whilst Non-Executive Sam Quinn bought 10.5 million shares for GBP5,000 to see his stake rise to 0.19%.
Red Rock shares closed down 23.1% to 0.0500 pence per share on Wednesday.
