LONDON (Alliance News) - Red Rock Resources PLC said Thursday that it has repaid outstanding bonds in full for GBP400,110, or GBP208,388 taking into account the amount it had placed in escrow, and that MG Partners II Ltd has converted USD100,000 of unsecured convertible notes.

The notes have been converted into 99.7 million shares at a price of 0.06837 per share, and represents around a 2.19% interest in the company's enlarged issued share capital.
