Red Leopard Loss Narrows On Fee Income, Working On Idora Mine

26th Jun 2015 13:06

LONDON (Alliance News) - Red Leopard Holdings PLC on Friday said its pretax loss narrowed in 2014 as the company secured some revenue from its work on the sale of two assets in Chile.

The investment company said its pretax loss for the year was GBP170,113, compared to a GBP358,681 loss a year earlier. The loss was narrowed by fees received by its Minera Red Leopard Chile SpA subsidiary in assisting with the sale of two properties in Chile by Sociedad De Asesoria Jurdica y Economica Minem SA.

The company is also working on progressing the Idora Mine in Idaho in the US to production. The mine has been beset by problems including rock falls and debris which have hindered the development of the mining programme.

Red Leopard shares were untraded Friday, having last traded at 0.262 pence.
