(Alliance News) - Alaska-focused Red Emperor Resources NL on Monday reported the immediate resignation of Chief Executive Gracjan Lambert, so he can focus on "other business interests".
Red Emperor said Lambert could act in a consulting role for the company "from time to time". It gave no information on a successor.
Lambert joined the company in June last year, having previously worked at ExxonMobil Corp.
Red Emperor shares were untraded in London on Monday, last quoted at 0.50 pence each.
