LONDON (Alliance News) - Reconstruction Capital II on Wednesday said its Chairman Howard Golden has resigned from his role.
Golden is leaving the company for "personal reasons", it said. He stepped down on Monday and will leave the company on February 15.
The group said it will seek to appoint a new chairman at the time of its next board meeting on February 23.
Shares in the company were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 0.125 pence.
