LONDON (Alliance News) - Realm Therapeutics PLC on Monday said it has requested non-binding offers as it continues to review a possible sale of the company.
Shares in Realm were up 7.3% at 8.85 pence on Monday.
The biopharmaceutical company said it had entered a formal sales process on September 17 as party of a strategic review.
Realm has since received "indications of interest" in acquiring the company, and has requested interested parties submit their indicative offers. Realm expects to receive all such offers by the end of November.
Alongside the sale of the company, Realm is also considering options such as in-licencing and asset acquisitions.
