LONDON (Alliance News) - Birmingham-focused property company Real Estate Investors PLC on Monday said it has acquired three new properties for a total of GBP22.2 million.
The company has acquired a property in Oldbury in Sandwell currently let to energy company nPower; a property in Kingswinford in Dudley let to The Midcounties Co-operative Society Ltd; and a property in Tunstall in Stoke-on-Trent currently let to a number of retailers.
Real Estate Investors has also sold Arden House in Acocks Green for GBP760,000.
"These latest acquisitions provide a number of asset management opportunities and generate quality rental income that will support our progressive dividend policy," said Chief Executive Paul Bassi.
Real Estate Investors shares were flat at 65.00 pence on Monday.
