LONDON (Alliance News) - Real Estate Credit Investments Ltd said Friday it plans to raise up to GBP164 million via share placing within 12 months.
The company will issue up to 100 million shares at 164.1 pence each being the company's net asset value per share at the end of September.
The funds raised from the programme will be invested in accordance with the company's strategy and investment objective and policy to grow its portfolio, the firm explained.
Liberum Capital Ltd has been appointed as sponsor and bookrunner in relation to the placing programme.
Real Estate Credit shares were trading up 0.6% at 167.0 pence each.
