React Group Executive Director Chris Vermaak Resigns

LONDON (Alliance News) - React Group PLC, a cleaning services provider, said Wednesday that Executive Director and Head of Operations Chris Vermaak has resigned with immediate effect.

The company's board is currently seeking an interim head of operations who will report to the executive chairman pending the appointment of a permanent replacement.

React Group's shares are down 14% at 0.45 pence each.
