(Alliance News) - RC365 Holding PLC on Thursday said that its subsidiary, RCPAY Ltd, has signed an agreement with Nobel Point SDN BHD, a company registered in Malaysia.
RC365 is a London-based company which focuses on payment gateway solutions and IT support service.
Under the terms of the agreement, RCPAY will issue and manage Mastercard Prepaid Card services to facilitate payments made by Nobel Point to cardholders for the benefit of Nobel Point.
This is the first contract win for the company in Malaysia. It is expecting to issue and manage Mastercard Prepaid Card services to 40 customers and 1,200 cardholders by December 31, 2024.
RC365 Holding shares were trading 3.2% higher at 123.88 pence each in London on Thursday morning.
