LONDON (Alliance News) - Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC Monday said it is in talks with a third party to sell its structured retail investor products and equity derivatives business, although it hasn't yet reached an agreement and there's no certainty a deal will be done.
It said it will make a further announcement when appropriate.
Royal Bank of Scotland shares were up 0.2% at 330.8 pence early Monday.
