(Alliance News) - RBG Holdings PLC on Tuesday said Group Finance Director Suzanne Drakeford-Lewis will resign with immediate effect and take a six-month sabbatical.
The London-based professional services firm said it has appointed Kevin McNair as an interim replacement during this period. McNair will take on this responsibility in a non-board capacity.
McNair has "more than 25 years' experience in financial management and capital markets", RBG said, alongside spending the last 18 years as finance director and chief financial officer "of various publicly quoted and privately-owned businesses". These include serving as interim CFO at Ebiquity PLC and CFO at GYG PLC.
RBG expects Drakeford-Lewis to resume her duties in January next year.
Shares in RBG were down 0.5% to 28.35 pence each in London on Tuesday before midday.
