(Alliance News) - Raven Property Group Ltd said Friday it has agreed to buyback 10 million shares under its existing buyback authority for GBP4 million from Invesco Asset Management Ltd.
The shares will be reprchased for 40 pence each, after which they will be cancelled.
Following the buyback, Raven Property will have 501.3 million shares issued overall.
Shares in the Russia-focused warehouse property investor closed up 3.1% at 42.00 pence in London, while its Johannesburg shares closed untraded at ZAR8.10 on Friday.
