LONDON (Alliance News) - Rare Earth Minerals PLC Monday said its larger Stage 2 drilling programme in northern Mexico is due to start at the end of this week.
The exploration-and-development miner said drill crew and equipment are being mobilised this week to commence the 24-hole drilling project at the Fleur-El-Sauz concessions.
The company said the prime focus of the Stage 2 programme is to significantly expand the lithium resource estimate on site, assess the metallurgy and recovery options, and provide an economic assessment of the commercial value of the site.
Rare Earth Minerals shares were up 4.6% to 0.920 pence in early trading Monday.
