LONDON (Alliance News) - Rare Earth Minerals PLC Monday said it has made two key investments totalling USD520,000 in Western Lithium USA Corp. and Bacanora Minerals Limited.
The company, which conducts exploration and production of rare-earth minerals in northern Mexico, along with a range of exploratory project,s said it has acquired a 0.2% interest in Bacanora, who are the company's joint venture partner on the Fleur-El-Sauz project in Mexico, and a 1.7% interest in Western Lithium USA, who principally mine a lithium project in Nevada, US.
The announcement continues a string of announcements which has seen Rare Earth Minerals share price increase by 18 times. Rare Earth Minerals shares were off 2.7% to 0.841 Monday.
