12th Aug 2015 11:09

LONDON (Alliance News) - Rare Earth Minerals PLC Wednesday said that its joint venture partner in the Yangibana Rare Earths Elements Project in Western Australia has confirmed continuous mineralisation over 0.9 kilometres in Yangibana North.

Rare Earth Minerals has a 30% interest in the project, whilst Hastings Rare Metals Ltd has a 70% interest.

"The Yangibana REE project in Australia continues to improve in scale and the results from Yangibana North will help further define the already 3.46 million tonnes at 1.73% total rare earth oxide of indicated and inferred resource at the site," said Chairman David Lenigas in a statement.

Shares in Rare Earth Minerals were down 2.6% at 0.920 pence Wednesday afternoon.
