Rare Earth Minerals Appoints Kiran Mozaria As CEO, Donald Strang as CFO

LONDON (Alliance News) - Rare Earth Minerals PLC Thursday said that it has appointed Kiran Mozaria as chief executive officer, and Donald Strang as finance director.

It also said that Richard Griffiths has stepped down as a non-executive director.

Kiran Mozaria, aged 39, has fourteen years of experience in the mineral resource industry, and has served as a director of a number of public companies, including Lonrho PLC and Vatukoula Gold Mines PLC.

Donald Strang, aged 45, is currently the finance director of Polemos PLC, Stellar Resources PLC and AfriAg PLC, and is the non-executive chairman of Doriemus PLC.

Rare Earth Minerals shares were down 5.9% Thursday morning, trading at 0.762 pence per share. The company's shares have enjoyed a strong run up in recent months, still standing well above their 52-week low of 0.04p.
