LONDON (Alliance News) - Cloud computing company RapidCloud International PLC said Monday that Interim Finance Director Darren Hopkins has departed to take up another UK-based opportunity.
It has appointed a replacement Malaysia-based financial controller, and RapidCloud said it intends to appoint this candidate to its board subject to the completion of necessary due diligence and other checks in accordance with AIM rules. Hopkins was not appointed to RapidCloud's board.
"This new financial controller appointment is consistent with RapidCloud's stated intention to appoint a full time finance director, based in the Kuala Lumpur Headquarters," said Managing Director Raymond Chee in a statement.
Shares in RapidCloud are untraded Monday. It last traded at 41.45 pence.
