LONDON (Alliance News) - RapidCloud International PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Cindy Choo as its new finance director, effective immediately.
She takes over from interim finance director Darren Hopkins and joins from Malaysia-based consultancy Perfect Advisory Sdn Bhd.
"We are delighted that Cindy has joined the RapidCloud Board as a full time Finance Director. Her considerable experience and extensive qualifications in the field of finance will be invaluable to RapidCloud as we continue to develop and grow the Company," said RapidCloud Chief Executive Officer Raymond Chee.
Shares in RapidCloud were down 21.4% to 33.00 pence on Thursday morning.
